A Passion for Children That Became a Career
My passion for caring for children began when I was young. When I was six years old, my family and I came to the United States. Years later, when my mother was pregnant with her fourth child, I became very involved in caring for my little brother. I helped change him, feed him, play with him, and care for him. I quickly discovered how much I loved working with children.
As I grew older, that passion continued. During high school, I took childcare-related classes and volunteered at a preschool during the summer. I loved creating activities, playing with the children, and watching them learn and grow. I later took Early Childhood Education classes to continue building my knowledge and experience.
I eventually turned my passion into a career as a professional nanny. For more than 15 years, I have had the privilege of caring for children of different ages and supporting wonderful families. Through those experiences, I learned that every child and every family is unique, with their own personalities, routines, values, and needs.
In 2025, I followed my dream and opened Mary's Domestic Staffing.
I created my agency because I understand firsthand how important it is for families to find someone they can truly trust with their children. I also understand what makes a nanny-family relationship successful because I have been on the other side of that relationship myself.
