Cancellation Policy


At Mary’s Domestic Staffing, we are committed to providing exceptional and reliable babysitting services. To maintain the highest level of care and to ensure availability for all our clients, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or schedule changes. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur the full booking fee.

Appointment Confirmation:

To ensure everything runs smoothly, we will send you three notifications leading up to your appointment. If we do not receive confirmation from you, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. This helps us manage our schedule effectively and ensures that we are fully prepared for your child's care.
